PEAK & OFF PEAK
TIMES
Off peak periods are all periods outside long weekends, school
holidays, Easter, Melbourne Cup. All peak periods stays are for a
minimum of three nights except for Easter and the Melbourne Cup,
which both have a four night minimum.
PARKING
Parking spaces are available for all apartments. Please park in
the numbered parking bay corresponding to your apartment
number.
LAUNDRY
Laundry facilities are provided in each apartment. Drying
facilities are also provided in each apartment. Balconies are
therefore not be used for clothes drying. There is a clothesline
adjacent to reception and also the western end carpark.
CHILDREN
Children are welcome at Whitecrest. For safety reasons
management request that children do not play on driveways or
carpark related areas, and if under 12 are supervised at all times
when using the Pool and Games Room.
INTERNET
Wireless access to the internet is available – please enquire
with our receptionist.
PETS
Pets of any description are not permitted on the premises.
GARBAGE
Please dispose of garbage and recyclables in accordance with
on-site signage.
POOL
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult when within
the pool enclosure.
OBSERVANCE OF RULES
Occupiers are asked to co-operate in the observance of resort
rules that are displayed throughout the complex.
TELEPHONE
Local calls only are available from your apartment
phone.
TELEVISION
RECEPTION
There are a number of Austar Satellite Channels in addition to
channels ABC 2, SBS, Central (7 & 10) and Imparjia
(9).
ROOM SERVICING
All suites are serviced prior to arrival. Additional servicing
is available on request.*
KEYS
Please pick up keys from reception on your arrival. Pickup of
keys after hours is also available on request.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
TIMES
Check-in after 3 p.m. Check-out time is 10 a.m. Late check-out
is available, however extra costs may apply.
DEPOSITS
The equivalent to one night room charge or 50% of the booking
fee, whichever is greater, is the required deposit payable at the
time of booking. Deposits may be made by using an accepted credit
card
PAYMENT
The balance of monies owing is due and payable on
arrival.
CONFIRMATION OF
BOOKING
Confirmation of booking will be made on receipt of the required
deposit. Confirmation may be written, faxed, emailed or via
telephone. A booking is not valid until it has been
confirmed.
CANCELLATION & REFUND
POLICY
- Bookings which are cancelled by the customer may attract a
cancellation fee.
- All credit card refunds will incur an administrative charge
equal to the percentage rate charged for the transaction by the
relevant financial institution.
- Deposits for cancelled bookings (excluding group bookings) made
more than 14 days from the date of arrival will be fully refunded
(less any applicable credit charges apply).
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the expected date
of arrival will only be refunded if the room nights are
resold.
- Refunds will not be made on early departures unless the unused
room night(s) are subsequently resold.
- Refunds will be by credit card or cheque. NO CASH refunds will
be given at any time.
- Bookings will be held until 5 pm ONLY on the day of arrival,
unless prior arrangements have been made for a late check-in.
- Deposits on bookings cancelled without notice will be forfeited
in full.
